Confidentiality
The User acknowledge that he may obtain direct access to confidential information via the Web Site relating to databases belonging to Infoterra and its providers such as technical, marketing and other valuable information.
The User must hold information in strict confidence. The User may use it solely for the purpose of contacting Infoterra either as an individual or on behalf of its employer.
Any breach of this commitment shall result in irreparable harm to Infoterra for which damages would be inadequate remedy and in addition to its rights and remedies available at law; Infoterra shall be entitled to equitable relief if such breach occurs.
Right of use
The User agrees not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Web Site.

Warranties and Liabilities
Infoterra doesn't warrant that the materials on the Web Site are available for use in other locations than France and accessing from any territories.
